桂林恒保健康防護有限公司是中國乳膠行業龍頭企業。位于桂林經濟開發區，一座集約的現代化花園式工廠，第一、二工程占地85畝，員工超過1500人。第三期工程規劃占地200畝。恒保防護生產避孕套、醫用手套、家用手套及工業、軍用防護手套，爭取3-5年內發展成為世界乳膠（含天然乳膠及人造乳膠）的智能制造中心。
GUILIN HBM HEALTH PROTECTIONS,INC(refer to as HBM), is the leading enterprise of latex industry in China. It’s a garden-style factory, located at Guilin Economic and Technological Development Area. After the completion of first and second phases, HBM has more than 1500 employees with an area of 56,000 square meters. The planning third phase will cover more 140,000 square meters. HBM specializes in producing condoms, medical gloves, household gloves, industrial protective gloves and military protective gloves. It will become an intelligent latex manufacturing center in the world including natural latex and synthetic latex within 3 or 5 years. 
恒保防護已經建成醫用外科手套生產線20條（單排），每年可以生產優質醫用外科手套超過6億副，產能位于中國第一及世界前三。其中，人造乳膠等新材料手套在全球占據重要地位。恒保防護已建設避孕套生產線4條，年生產優質避孕套超過5億只。目前正在規劃第三代柔性聚氨酯（人造乳膠）新型生產線，并將成為全球人造乳膠避孕套生產及研發中心。
HBM built 20 production lines for surgical gloves (single line) with annual capacity of 600 million pairs. This is the biggest one in China and the top 3 in the world. The surgical gloves with new materials like synthetic latex are the most important.
HBM built 4 production lines for condoms with annual capacity of 500 million pieces. Now it’s going to build a new line for polyurethane condoms( synthetic latex), that will lead HBM as a production and R&D center for synthetic latex condoms in the world.
恒保防護已通過全球主流認證，包括ISO體系認證（ISO13485、ISO14001、ISO45001）及產品認證（ISO9001），含美國FDA產品認證，美國莎楚認證、歐盟CE及PPE認證，以及日本厚生省產品認證及中國商務部白名單認證等。
HBM has received certificates like ISO, FDA, U.S. SATRA, CE, PPE, JAPAN REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, WHITE LIST, etc.
恒保防護擁有專利超過70余項，是廣西壯族自治區認定企業技術中心。在新材料的研發及生產方面擁有領先地位。除天然乳膠材料外，恒保防護在石墨烯材料，聚氨酯材料及一些新型材料方面已領先中國同行。這些材料完全可以實現天然乳膠的柔韌性能，被稱為新一代人造乳膠。
HBM is the R&D center of new technology in Guangxi Province with more than 70 patents. It’s superior to the R&D and production of new materials. Besides natural latex material, HBM is leading in the new materials of graphene and polyurethane. These materials can fully achieve the flexibility for natural latex.
恒保防護預計在2023年推動企業在中國IPO上市。同時恒保正在規劃第三期建設。新項目將建成50條新一代醫用手套生產線及軍用手套生產線，建成后，恒保防護將成為全世界絕對的規模最大及技術最先進的乳膠企業。屆時恒保防護將聚集各方資源，推動恒保防護朝著全球一流企業的方向發展。

After completion, HBM becomes the biggest one in the world with 50 production lines of medical gloves and military protective gloves and holding the most advanced technology.
